Shipping Australia Wide 🚐

Wander & Wild orders are packed with care in Western Australia and shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, markets, product launches or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post services. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is included with the selected shipping service, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please check your address
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at ashleyandbelle@outlook.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll help you with the next steps and, where appropriate, work with Australia Post to investigate.

Local Pickup
Where local pickup is available, this option will be shown at checkout along with collection details.
